  • Coronary Artery Disease

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is an umbrella term for conditions such as Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), which occur when the blood vessels supplying the heart become narrowed or blocked.

This can lead to chest pain, heart attack, and other serious heart problems.

  • Heart Disease

Heart disease refers to several types of heart conditions, such as coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, and congenital heart defects. It can affect the heart’s ability to pump blood effectively and may cause fatigue, shortness of breath, or chest pain.

  • Hypertension

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, occurs when the force of the blood against the walls of the arteries is too high.

It can lead to serious health problems, like heart disease, stroke, and kidney damage.

  • Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome

POTS is a condition that affects circulation (blood flow). It causes an abnormal increase in heart rate when a person stands up, which can lead to symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, nausea, and sometimes fainting. It is a type of dysautonomia, meaning the automatic functions of the body (like blood pressure and heart rate regulation) are not working properly.

  • Raynaud’s Phenomenon

Raynaud’s Phenomenon causes some areas of the body—usually fingers and toes—to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. Tiny blood vessels narrow (vasospasm), limiting blood flow. Affected skin may turn white, then blue, and finally red as circulation returns.
