At the heart of the Institute of Capacity Building is a vision shaped by my deep involvement in case management, NDIS support coordination, and leadership roles in the disability-employment sector. This extensive journey has shown me the transformative power of tailored, impactful training.
Our collaboration with seasoned trainers ensures our courses are not just effective, but also deeply resonate with the community's needs. More personally, I'm deeply dedicated to championing strengths-based teams and facilitating DISC communication sessions. With a shared commitment, I envision a future where 1 in 10 Australians stand as Mental Health First Aiders.
