What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the international standard for web accessibility.
The site is built to work with a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, voice control and magnification, and with your own colour and text size settings.
Tell us if something does not work
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or cannot get to something you need, tell us. Email hello@instituteofcapacitybuilding.com or use the contact form.
It helps if you can tell us:
- The address of the page
- What you were trying to do, and what happened
- The browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you are happy to say
We reply within two business days, usually one. If you need something from the site in the meantime, such as a course outline or an answer about a booking, we will send it to you in a form you can use.
